"I ordered 5 refills that were to include 20wicks per tube. All the wicks had unfortunately been packed in the one bag which made it difficult as they were all present. When I notified you of the issue it was fixed immediately. Which I was grateful for. On a different note- I find that the lids on the tubes are very loose fitting. I cannot lay the tube on its side without taping the lid on. Otherwise I love the product."
