Ecommerce Warehouse Manager - Full Time

Hall of Flame is looking for an organised and proactive Ecommerce Warehouse Manager to join our growing team.

We are a creative and fast-paced ecommerce brand specialising in luxury candles and event products, operating from a 420sqm warehouse space.

We pride ourselves in our above-and-beyond customer service and seamless purchasing experience.

About the Role

  • Full time | Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
  • Fixed Term with potential for permanency | Minimum 1 year contract
  • Burswood, Western Australia
  • Salary: Flexible based on experience
  • Starting: Flexible start

Enjoy genuine autonomy and ownership over warehouse operations, systems and day-to-day workflow.

This is a hands-on management role combining warehouse operations, ecommerce fulfilment, logistics, team leadership and customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in creating efficient systems and a smooth customer experience from order placement through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ecommerce fulfilment processes
  • Packing and dispatching ecommerce orders with a high level of care and accuracy.
  • General inventory management including but not limited to incoming stock, goods receipting, quality control and warehouse inventory processes
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
  • Oversee order return processes and procedures.
  • Assist customers via phone, email and showroom enquiries in a professional and friendly manner where required
  • Support the wider team across day-to-day business operations as required

About You

The experience listed below is preferred, but not essential.
Above all, we value someone with a great attitude, willingness to learn, initiative, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, and reliability.

  • Ideally, previous experience in warehouse / ecommerce fulfilment and/or logistics management
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience with Shopify preferred but not essential
  • Confident communicating with customers and freight providers
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to improve systems and solve problems efficiently
  • Reliable, adaptable and able to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Hire Department manager - Part Time

Hall of Flame is looking for an organised and proactive Hire Manager to oversee our nation-wide Hire operation.

This role requires a high amount of attention to detail, organisation, forward thinking, problem solving, and customer service.

About the Role

  • Part-time flexible | 3-4 days | Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
  • Fixed Term with potential for permanency | Minimum 1 year contract

This is a hands-on management role combining warehouse operations, ecommerce fulfilment, logistics, and customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in an organised schedule with strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hire including but not limited to, customer service, receiving and dispatching orders, communicating with freight agents, and inventory management.
  • Future schedules considering delays, public holidays and peak season to ensure clients receive their goods on time.
  • Packing and dispatching Hire orders with a high level of care and accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
  • Maintaining high cleaning standards of all Hire returns. 
  • Assist customers via phone, email and showroom enquiries in a professional and friendly manner where required
  • Support the wider team across day-to-day business operations as required depending on availability.
