Our team can customise an existing product or create a tailored variation specifically for your event, installation or project. This may include altering candle heights, producing bespoke quantities, adjusting finishes, or preparing items in a specialised way to suit your brief.
As these pieces are made or prepared uniquely for you and your requirements, they fall outside our standard inventory and are produced to your exact specifications.
Production & Lead Times
Custom work requires dedicated time, materials and labour. Each item or order will require a custom lead-time quote. Please enquire with our team directly: hello@hallofflame.store
Once we begin preparing or altering your item/s, the process cannot be reversed, so we encourage you to confirm all details - including quantities, finishes and event dates - before approving the order.
If your project is time-sensitive, please let us know prior to placing your order so we can advise on appropriate timeframes.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned once production has begun or the order has been dispatched, unless the item is defective.
This applies to any item that has been:
- Altered in size, height or shape
- Produced exclusively for your event or project
- Cut down, modified, or repacked in a specialised way
- Prepared using materials allocated specifically for your order

Delivery Timeframes
Custom orders usually require longer preparation times, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, freight availability and shipment size.
For large, palletised or event-critical orders, we always recommend planning ahead and sharing your required delivery date with us prior to ordering.
We will always provide the best guidance possible based on the information provided at the time of ordering.
