While we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.
We always recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow for any unexpected delays.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping providers or customs clearance.

Safe Arrival Guarantee
We want you to order with confidence.
All international orders are protected under our Safe Arrival Guarantee.
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace or refund affected items at our discretion.
To qualify:
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence must be provided
- Original packaging must be retained
- Claims must be submitted via email with order number
While we will always aim to support your preferred outcome wherever possible, Hall of Flame reserves the right to determine the final resolution, including whether replacement or refund is most appropriate based on timing, location, and product availability.

Shipping & Duties
All international orders are shipped exclusive of duties and taxes.
This means your order total at checkout does not include any import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes that may be applied by your country.
Depending on your location and order value, you may be required to pay these charges upon arrival before your parcel can be delivered. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office if you would like an estimate of any potential charges prior to placing your order.
Hall of Flame is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred on international shipments, and these charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes and returned to us, any return shipping or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & International Orders
We want you to order with confidence. All orders come with a 30 day returns period, which you can return your order for any reason.
We ask that you please notify us of your intention to return first, so we can provide repacking advice. You can email us at hello@hallofflame.store
All items , must be in original packaging, unused. Any items that are damaged in return shipping due to unsuitable repacking are not eligible for refund.
We also ask that you provide a tracking number, as any items lost in transit are not eligible for refund. Tracked items also provide peace of mind for you, as the customer to ensure we have received your item.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning items unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Trade and bulk pricing is available by enquiry only and may be subject to minimum order quantities.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to bulk or trade orders.
