SANDWAX™ can turn almost any kind of heat-safe container into a beautiful, distinctive candle. Every wick burns for over 12 hours and each kilogram of SANDWAX™ candle refill offers a convenient 130 hours of burn time, so you’re all stocked up on wax for future uses.
SANDWAX™ only melts when it’s in contact with a flame. So once the wax cools, you can remove the hardened section and quickly refresh the candle without creating a mess. The candle wax and wax granules are contained entirely in the vessel so there’s no danger of wax spilling out of the vessel and staining linens and tablecloths.

How to make and re-use SANDWAX™ custom candles
Creating a SANDWAX™ sand candle is very easy and fun. Here’s a brief guide:
Choose your vessel
Select a heat-safe container with a minimum width of 11 cm and depth of 10 cm.
Pour the granules
Fill your container of choice about 3/4s high. If you overfill, you can reuse the unburnt wax later.
Insert the wick
Take one of the wicks provided and place it in the centre of the granules, keeping about 0.5 cm above the surface.
Enjoy
Light your sand candle and enjoy basking in its glow. After the candle has burned down, allow the remaining wax to cool and harden. Remove any hardened wax, shake the granules flat and your candle is ready for another round.
