All hire bookings must be made via email or the enquiry form above.

Please note: Your booking is only considered reserved once the hire invoice has been paid.

Due to the limited number of hire items, we are often booked out a season ahead of time. So we recommend booking ASAP.

Two weeks before your event, the refundable deposits are sent to you via email to be paid ahead of shipping your items.

Shipping normally takes 5 business days, so please be prompt with deposit payment or it may cause delays with your shipment.

W.A. Customers: deposits must be paid before collection.

Once you receive your items, please open your items and check your boxes to ensure they've all arrived safely.

On the chance something is broken, or something has been incorrectly sent, please email us ASAP with photos so we can send your replacements.

W.A. Customers can collect their hire items up to 3 days prior to their event.

We have a strict 3-day return.

After your event, please ensure all items are re-packed exactly as they arrived to you.

This includes boxes and protective padding.

Any changes in packing may result in damaged items, which may be taken from your deposit.

Contact us with box dimensions and weight, and we will organise collection from TNT.

Please allow 3 days from receipt of your return to process your deposit refund.

Deposit deductions occur only:
- per item that requires cleaning
- per item that is damaged beyond repair (minus the paid hire cost)
